Lovely watch although the strap is a much darker green than advertised in the picture. There is a picture of the watch on the website which shows the strap in a more emerald green which is what I was hoping for.
Genuinely love the watch. Product is great but unfortunately does not suit me. However in trying to get a return arranged, the coordination took longer than a week with unreplied emails and no response on the company shotline. The confirmation of courier took more than 24 hours response so "tomorrow" became "the day after".
This is not my first purchase from cocomi, but my first return.
