Warranty Policy

COCOMI warrants your watch against defects in materials and workmanship under the terms and conditions of the warranty, from the date of purchase. The warranty coverage is based on the individual brand, subjected to changes by COCOMI. The warranty will apply for all watches sold under COCOMI unless stated otherwise.

The warranty covers the following components: the watch movement, hands and dial. Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, COCOMI will do the best of its ability, fix the watch.

    3 Years International Limited Warranty

    The warranty does not cover:
    1. Battery, Case, crystal, strap or bracelet
    2. Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
    3. Water damage unless marked “water-resistant” (Water damage of leather strap is not guaranteed in any circumstances)

    The warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

    Please note that warranty for all online purchase will be based on your e-invoice/order confirmation via email(received upon checkout). 

    Physical cert/warranty card(if any) supplied by brand will NOT be stamped for all online orders.

    If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) within the first 30 days of ownership, you will be eligible to receive a replacement provided that you inform us within a 30 day period.
